What do I pay to join?

You pay ₦200,000 upfront for the first 12 months and one branch. Our normal price is ₦360,000 per year or ₦35,000 per month. The ₦200,000 offer is for your first year only.
Is the digital menu included?

Yes. We build your first menu, keep it private while your team checks every price, and publish it only after you approve it. We also provide the table QR and help you make menu changes during the year.
Who pays for customer rewards?

Your venue pays the cost of the rewards customers use. This cost is separate from the ₦200,000 Redeem fee. You choose the reward, how many customers can receive it, and when the offer ends.
Can we launch the menu before starting customer rewards?

Yes. We can put the digital menu live first. We can start the customer return rewards later, when your staff are ready.
Does Quest guarantee customers?

No. Quest may recommend your venue when a group is looking for a suitable place, but we cannot promise a fixed number of customers. Your fee pays for Redeem, not guaranteed customer traffic.
What happens at renewal?

Before your first year ends, we will show you the price for the next year. You decide whether to continue. We will not renew the plan or charge you without your approval.
What about a second branch?

The ₦200,000 plan covers one branch. We price each additional branch separately because it needs its own menu, staff setup, rewards, and reports.
