THE 14-DAY PILOT
One branch. One reward. One honest test.
The pilot answers a behavioural question before you make a longer commitment: will staff run the flow, will paying customers scan, and will some of them come back?
Choose one useful reward
Pick a next-visit reward that feels valuable without damaging the margin on the return order.
Set up one payment-point QR
Configure the campaign, create staff access, test the journey and place the QR where customers pay.
Run it for 14 days
Staff invite paid customers to scan. Redeem records each confirmed purchase, reward and observed return.
Review the evidence
Read one plain report and decide whether the workflow deserves another month at the venue.
A GOOD FIRST VENUE
Give the pilot a real chance to work.
We start where a customer can plausibly return within 14–30 days and one manager can keep the team aligned.

PILOT TARGETS, NOT PROMISES
Measure the full journey, including where it stops.
We track eligible purchases, staff prompts, scan starts, completed captures, confirmations, rewards, redemptions, return-order value and staff feedback. A negative result is still useful when it is honest.
